The library system of two branch offices is managed by a staff of professional librarians plus a board of directors appointed by the Hickman County Commission.

Board of Directors

Meetings are held on the third Thursday every other month beginning in January, at 5:00, at the library.  The board consists of seven members, who may serve two terms of three years each.  In addition, Hickman County is represented by two trustees on the Blue Grass Regional Library Board.  Current trustees and term expiration dates  are:
