Apply for a Library Card Online either for yourself or for your child.  Go to the library to confirm your identity and to pick up the card.

Things You Need to Know

  • You need your library card to register on this website and to use the online card catalog
  • Your library card is for your own personal use.  You are responsible for all materials borrowed on the card.  Report lost or stolen cards immediately to prevent unauthorized use.  Replacement cards are $1.00
  • The library charges fines for materials kept past the due date and reserves the right to refuse further service untile overdue materials are returned and account balances are paid.
  • Please report changes of name and address immediately.
  • Submission of the application form online indicates that you agree to comply with library regulations and that you have read the Acceptable Use Agreement for Public Acces Computers.

Videos  I agree to allow my child (14 years of age or older) to check out videocassettes rated P, PG and PG-13. As the parent I also accept full financial responsibility for all lost, late or damaged videocassettes check out by my child. I also understand that I may cancel this privilege at any time.
Internet Use  I agree to allow my child (age 9 years or older) to use the Internet without my supervision. I also acknowledge that I have received a copy of the library`s COMPUTER USAGE POLICY.
